To Whom It May Concern,
Existing Dialysis Center located at 201 Sutton Street has the
following parking requirements as an active dialysis center:
• Daily parking requirements
0 10 staff (employees)
o 10 public spaces, of the 22 chairs available for patients, only
5 drive themselves to the facility per a shift with an overlap of
another 5 patients waiting for the next shift.
0 5 spaces (Ambulances) or drop off (another 5 spaces for
drop offs)
• Total daily parking requirement of 25 spaces maximum at any one
t ime. We currently have had no complaints about parking spaces
and currently have the availability for up to 37 spaces.
