RE: Divita Dialysis, 201 Sutton Street, North Andover, Ma
Contacted Dianna Holm, Facility Administrator, to request a status update for the requirements
of the Site Plan Review—Special Permit Modification issued November 17, 2015. Diane
informed me that there is pending litigation that has impeded the start of the work. The
expectation is that the parking lot work will be completed by snowfall and that some plantings
may have to wait until the spring.
Follow-up end of November 2016.
