The Fire Department recommends favorable action for DaVita Dialysis 201 Sutton St. to create parking
spots as outlined on the plan with one stipulation. They must clearly mark the they side of the driveway
as a fire lane and enforce this change. This lane is currenny used for ambulance drop off and pick up.
Any vehicles parking in the proposed fire lane will block access to the end of the building. Ambulance
parking should be reflected on the plan!
