H1 Chuck,
201 Sutton Street (Dialysis Center at lower end of Sutton Street) has applied for a modification of the Site Plan Review
Special Permit,to allow for an increase in beds from 19 to 22. In the attached application there is a site plan:showing
additional lined parking spaces to what currently exists. These spaces were actually approved by the ZBA in 1997 but do
not appear to have ever been striped. Would'you please review and let me know of any concerns. The Fire Dept. has
also been asked for comment. Thank you
