Hi John,
The Planning Board approved the boat ramp at their meeting last night. In review of my draft decision they added Finding
of Fact#7 and Special Condition#18. Just wanted to give you a heads up. The note on the plan set was added during
our design committee meetings, so the conditions are just referencing that note.
