We hereby guarantee and warrant that all labor and materials furnished and work performed by us are in
accordance with the contract documents,plans and specifications and authorized alterations and additions
thereto.
We further guarantee and warrant all material and workmanship supplied in connection with the above
project for a period of one(1)year from order date and agree to expeditiously remedy by repair or
replacement,without charge,any defects which may appear during these guarantee period.
