private -way,is designed to provide dedicated access from Osgood Street to proposed
Lot C in order to provide Lot C withiegal,frontage since the entire frontage of Lot C
along Osgood Street is encumbered by wetland resource,areas and access from Lot,C at
any her point along Osgood Street may deemed to be illusory. Note that while the
prop�osed subdivision road,is simply designed to create,legal frontage for Lot C, the
westerly end of the proposed subdivision roadway will,then com-teat wilth Lot B and,
provide the main access from'Lot,B to Osgood Street.,

proposed roadway area. The waivers above are all tecl iical in nature and are small in
scale.
