Cover was accessed and properly secured. Bakery. 3 inches of grease on top. 10 inches of
water. 3 inches of bottom sludge. FOG 38%. 50 gallons removed. Both baffles/tees are intact.
Gasket is in good condition. Walls/bottom of trap in good condition. System is not at proper
working level.. Recommend plumbing evaluation. Left 0 bottles of drain master. Meat. I inches
of grease on top. 14 inches of water. 1 inches of bottom sludge. FOG 13%. 50 gallons removed.
Both baffles/t.ees are intact. Gasket is in bad condition - Recommend replacing gasket.
