As described in the Modification Application,the Applicant is continuing to work with the MassDOT wM respect to traffic design matters,but a.final Access Permit is net expected to be issued for another several months. To this end,and as to(a)above,the Applicant is requesting MassDOT to not require such connection(in addition to lifting the turn restrictions as described in footnotes I and 2 of the MassDOT Mitigation Letter to allow the int=OctiOn to re ,a m its current operational condition—a fall-movement unsi ized driveway to Lot A)M order to separation of truck traffic to Lot B from those vehicles exiting and entering Lot A which are related to the Lot A buildings. The Board hereby authorizes the Planni Ing Director to approve,as an m' significant change,the elimination of a connection between the signalized North Access Roadway and a portion of A serving the Lot A buildings and/or aems restrictions proposed for the"inner northerly unsig naafi zed driveway,provided that the MassDOT approves the same, without the need to further amend the Lot B Modification Decision.
