NORTH ANDOVER PLANNING BOARD
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L.Chapter 40-A#Section l I and Chapter 19 5,Article 10,Section 195--
10.7 of the Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaw,the fort Andover planning Board will hold a public Hearing as
follows:

The pose of these public hearings above is to modify the Planning
Board's"Notice of Decision—Site plan Review,Parking,Common
Driveway,Building Height, and Floor Area Ratio Special Pe rnits,",dated
May 20,202 (the"Lot B Decision")as related to Lot B(also known as
1 450 Osgood Street)in order to reflect eharnges prompted,in part,by
roadway and driveway adjustments recommended by the Massachusetts
Department of Transportation's Highway Division. Lot B is comprised
of portions of real property depicted on the Town of North Andover
Assessors Maps as Map 34,Lots 15, 17,54 and 55.
The project includes the construction of a proposed e-commerce story
warehouse and distribution facility with accessory office and other uses,
consisting of a 5-story building including approxhnately 3,835,500
square feet of gross floor area,having a buildmng footprint o
approximately 817,212 square feet,along with accessory s tru c tares,with
upgrades to parking,access including a common driveway,utilities,
storniwater management.,lighting,landscaping and other associated
improvements to be located on Lot B as shown in the amended
application materials filed with the Planning Board.
This project is located within the Industrial-2(1- Zoxrin District.
