OSGOO D RT 125 PROJECT DST, owner of property depicted on the Town of North
Andover, Massachusetts Assessors Maps as Tax Map 34, Lot 15, (1450 Osgood Street),
(the "Property"), do hereby authorize Langan Engineering and Environmental Services,
LLC ("Applicant"), to execute, submit, and prosecute land use applications and any
applicable materials to the Town of North Andover, and to take any action necessary for
the application and permitting process.
