Hi Jean,
was contacted earlier this week by Madison Servin who is a Senior Staff Engineer from Langan. She discussed the
proposed changes with me. There was some confusion as she was referring to 1600 Osgood Street which is Osgood
Landing (front building) but she was actually talking about 1450 Osgood St,Amazon (rear building). Once that was
cleared up, I discussed the proposed changes with the Chief and we didn't have an issue with the plan. However, we did
stress that no more speed bumps were to be installed. That wasn't on the plan. When the original proposal was
developed, they had an excessive amount and the FD removed a bunch in order not to slow down an emergency
response. We don't want them sneaking any more in. I do notice that the incorrect address is on the actual drawings that
were submitted. It still refers to 1600 Osgood St.Again,Amazon is 1450 Osgood St.
