I. Section 2 -5_ . -The Waiver Requests should be added to the Definitive Subdivision
Plans.
. Section @ . . . f —Sheet VB201 should include the contiguous buildable
area,total frontage,and lot width for each newly created lot. Lots not meeting these
requirements should be designated a "non a building lot". This comment is clerical in
nature because future lot line adjustments will result In all lots being buildable}
. TEC understands that the latent of the Definitive Plans is to create legal frontage for Lot
(solar array). The remaining area outside of Lot C will be further cons olidated1divided
by are ANR plan_
