January 24, 2020 Response from Langan
Woodard &Curran (WC) has completed our review of the January 24, 2020 response from Langan on our sewer
system peer review comments dated November 11, 2019 for the North Andover Fulfillment Center at 1600
Osgood Street.
WC is in agreement with Langan's Responses numbered 1 through 12; 13, bullet 1; and 14. Regarding
Response 13, bullets 2 through 6, the responses appear to be repetitive or copied from a previous response and
are not consistent with W&C's comments. Our comments refer to Utility Plan IV-CU104 and Utility Plan V-
CU105. We are concerned about various conflicts with the existing 8" clay sewer, the demolition of the existing
wastewater plant/pump station and the existing force main to GLSD. As noted in our comments, these facilities
should remain in service during construction of the new building in order that the existing Ozzy Properties office
building can remain occupied, unless other arrangements are made.
