TOWN OF NORTH ANDOVER PLANNING BOARD
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11,the North Andover Planning Board will
hold a public hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for a Modification to the Site Plan Review,Multi-Family
Housing and Reduction in Parking Special Permits issued December 6,
2016 under Sections 4.127.15, 8.11 8.31 10.3 and 10.31 of the North
Andover Zoning Bylaw and MGL c.40A Sec. 9. The Applicant
proposes to modify the Special Permit Site Plan to lower the grade of the
entire site 2' to 3' to achieve the same flat grade for the buildings and
compliant grades for the pedestrian corridors. In addition the Applicant's
modification to the Site Plan and permit language includes revisions to
the locations,number and equipment used for the stormwater
management system. The revision reduces the number of treatment and
infiltration systems from 13 systems to 8 systems and utilizes a newer
technology called a Rainstore3 Chamber and Infiltration system. This
project is located within the B-2 Zoning District.
