Jean,
I had an opportunity to take a look at the 1210 Osgood Street grading changes. As you indicated it appears they are
lowering the buildings and surrounding parking areas between 2-4,feet. By doing this the northern most driveway slope is
increased from a 5% to an %. While this is not ideal an % slope would be the maximum, driveway slope I would
recommend for a development of this type.
In addition, to better understand the changes in the elevations I would recommend requesting a profile view of the site
including the proposed buildings so you can better see what the proposed development and the changes in the elevation
will look like once constructed.
Lastly, I understand that the drainage redesign has been reviewed and is acceptable, therefore I do not see any other
concerns with the proposed changes to the elevations.
