Conservation Conditions of Approval,NACC #365
Pursuant to section 44.2 of the North Andover Wetlands Protection Regulations, the
applicant home owners visa &Eric ozol, filed for a Beall Project hermit application under Category
"T ', for work proposed at 95 South.Bradford Street, North Andover. The work involves: the applicant
requested approval,under Category "L" to replace the existing 10x12 shed with a new one of the saine size
(120 s.f. ,in the same location outside the 50' N Z. The existing shed is over 60 feet from. the wetland as
ineasured on site by the C onserxTation Administrator.
During the May 27, 2026 the North Andover C onsei-%Tation Conmir.ssion (NACC) found this, project to
qualify as a Small Project Permit t and voted unan��r�ously to app o'NTe this project as proposed under Cale o e
'U for"other projects of similar scope" outside the 5 ' NBZ, su reet to compliance with the
conditions listed below. The p oj� ect is approved only as it relates to the Conservation Commission ssion and
any and all other approvals should be obtained by the applicant/homeowner.
