The work evolves: Laying 100 yards of screened clean loam over the entire established lawn area,installation of sprinkler system,raking out and leveling out of seed and hydroseed, and replacement of shrubs in front of the house. Loam will be spread with a Bobcat and raked by hand; the sprinkler syster will be dug using a Ditch Witch; hydroseeding shall be done using a hose and shrubs shall be replaced by hand® All work shall stay within the fenced in yard. The project is approved only as it relates to the Conservation Cominission and any and all other approvals should be obtained by the applicant.
