200 Bridle Path,Ryan and Alyssa Heffernan: Application for a Watershed Special Permit under Article 4 Part 5
Ch. 195-4.19.C.(2).(f) and Article 10 Section 195-10.7 of the Zoning Bylaw to authorize additions to an existing
single-family dwelling to accommodate an accessory dwelling unit, including minor driveway expansion and site
improvements.The proposed work is located within the Non-Disturbance Zone of the Watershed Protection District.
The property is located in the Residential 1 Zoning District.
NEW PUBLIC HEARING
520 Great Pond Road,Boyd Holk,GM North Andover Country Club: Application for a Watershed Protection
District Special Permit Article 4 Part 5 Watershed Protection District and 195-10.7 of the zoning bylaws to authorize
tree removal within high water limits of Lake Cochichewick and parking lot reclamation within Non-Disturbance
Zone and the Non-Discharge Zone of the Watershed Protection District. The property is located in the Residential 1
zoning district.
DISCUSSION ITEM
335 Salem Street,James Erb JCC Development LLC: Request for an Insubstantial Change determination to the
12.03.2024 Watershed Special Permit which allows for the construction of a single-family dwelling on an
undeveloped lot. The request is to allow for construction of a circular driveway within the Non-Discharge Buffer
Zone of the Watershed Protection District.
