The land in North Andover,Essex County,Massachusetts with the buildings thereon,being shown as lot
0 12 on a plan entitled,"Definitive Plan of Land of: INGALLS CROSSING, 11,North Andover,
Massachusetts Scale: V-40`,dated July 16,1979(as revised). Frank C.Gelinas&Associates,Engineers
and Architects,which plan is recorded in North Essex Registry of Deeds Plan No.8384,and reference is
made to said Plan for more particular description of Lot 12.
Containing 54,393 square feet of land,more or less,as shown on said plan.

�O Said premises are conveyed subject to all easements,reservations,restrictions and conditions of record
or as shown on said Plan,insofar as the same are now in force and applicable.

Together with the right to pass,repass and otherwise use,in common with all others lawfully entitled
thereto,the streets and ways shown on said Plan for all purposes for which such streets and ways are
commonly used in the Town of North Andover;however,no fee interest in said streets and ways is

1 The Grantors hereby release any homestead rights they may have in said property and state under the
pains and penalties of perjury that no other person(s)is entitled to homestead rights.
