A certain parcel of land with the buildings and improvements thereon situated in North Andover,
Essex County,Commonwealth of Massachusetts,being shown as Lot 6 on a plan of land entitled
1 "Plan of Chestnut Court,North Andover,owned by J&V Realty Trust"Scale 1"—40',dated
January 28, 1972 and recorded in the Essex North Registry of Deeds as Plan No.6639.
1 Said lot being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Easterly:N Y: 155.71 feet by Lot No.7 as shown on said plan;
"�11 Southerly and Southwesterly: by the curved line of the way 261.55 feet;
j Westerly: 274.33 feet by land now or formerly of Bressard
and Broadhead.

The premises are conveyed subject to all easements and restrictions of recorded,insofar as the
same are now in force and effect.
The Grantor swears and affirms under pains and penalties of perjury that she releases all rights of
homestead in the premises to which she may be entitled as a matter of record or by operation of
law and further that there are no other persons residing in the premises entitled to the protection
of the homestead act,
