Erosion Control
Erod ed sediments can adversely affect the performance of the stormwater
management system.Eroding or barren arears should be im med late ly re-vegetated
Inspectlon and Maintenance of Catch Basins
The catch ibaslns shall he inspected four(4)times per year and at the end of the
foRage and snow r rno al seasons,and if necessary, any maintenance shall be
performed so that It functions as designed.The basins shall he clew ned boor times
per year,or when sediment in the bottom of the sump reaches X the depth from the
bottom of the Invert of the lowest pipe in the hasin.Inlet and cutlet pipes should be checked for
clogging.
Debris and Litter Removal
Trash may collect in the BMP's, potentially causing clogging of the facilities.All
debris and litter shall be removed when necessary#and after each storm event,
Sediment and debris collected from vacuurmIn and/or sweeping should be disposed
f at a permitted waste disposal facility.Avoid disposing of th'is material on site,

Snow
Snow shall be rem ov d from access roads If work is required to be performed within the array to allow
for emergency access. If no work(he.inspection and unscheduled maintenance),snow removal from
main access roads is not required.
Vegetation
Vegetation Inte ntion a I IVplanted under solar arrays i.e.grass)shaII be mowed annuaIlY to maintalin a
consistent vegetative ground cover. Woody,brush and unintended species growth that may develop

wlthin any arrays areas may be treated and removed as roqu!red for optimal performance of the arrays*
Planted screening that be maintained per Landscaping Plan, including pruning and replacement,as
necessary. Trees and shahs that grow taller than typical heights described In the Landscaping Plan may
he trimmed as necessary to prevent underperforrnance of the solar fa clIity due to s h a d ing or emerge nc
vehicle access.
