Planting of New Native Vegetation
Conservation Conditions of Approval, NACC #370
Pursuant to section 4.4.2 (B) of the North Andover Wetlands Protection Regulations, Shara Hall
and Kerry Levenberg, property owners, filed for a Small Project Permit for work proposed at 465
Rea Street, North Andover. Work involves the planting of native vegetation around a Town-owned
pump station located in the front of the property. The Department of Public Works has been in
contact with the applicant and has granted permission for this project. The work shall be done by
hand by a hired landscaper. The pump station is outside of the 50' No-Build Zone, and partially
located outside of the 100' Buffer Zone. It falls within the second 100 feet of the 200-foot
Riverfront area associated with Mosquito Brook.
During the June 10, 2026 public meeting, the North Andover Conservation Commission voted to

applicable) all. other approvals should be obtained by the applicant/homeowner. The applicant is
responsible for detertnining property boundaries. All work shall conform to the following_

The following conditions are hereby mandated:
CONDITIONS:
1. A pre-work site inspection shall be scheduled with the Conservation Department and the
contractor to review the scope of work, and any potential need for erosion control

2. A post-work site inspection shall be scheduled with the Conseivation Department to verify
compliance and approve (removal of erosion control if deemed required)
3. This permit shall expire one year from the date of issuance.
**The applicant, homeowner and their contractors are advised that NO other work on the property
is allowed under this permit. The NACC has jurisdiction over all of the wetlands and associated 100-root
buffer zones and 200 Riverfront Area to the Shawsheen River on site and any work that involves ground
disturbance or changing the current conditions in these areas-,vill require permitting Nvith the NACC. This
includes, but are not limited to,house additions,pools,patios, decks„ sheds, fences,garden beds, landscaping
and bridge installation, tree or vegetation cutting/pruning. These activities shall be held to the current
standards under the Bylaw and WPA.**
