S eNond i'tion #49 �, Per this condition, an Emergency Readiness Plan for on-site pump station failures must be developed and submitted to the Planning Department prior to beginning operations at the Lot B pump station. A copy of the plan has been included as Attachment A for your records. Special Condition #1 00(b) Per this condition, the Applicant shall coordinate signalization improvements with the Mass,DOT. Langan submitted the TIAS and supplemental information to MassDOT for their thorough Functional Design Report (FDR) process. This process evaluates the potential impacts, of the proposed development on the transportation 'infrastructure. M assDOT reviewed and approved the FDR which, identified the scope of improvements required of the developer. No additional improvements, of the reconstructed Osgood Street/Baker :Street intersection was identified be yond what was proposed by the development that improved the intersection. Special Condition #104 Per this condition, a letter from the engineer must be submitted certifying that the new lighting provided meets the requirements of the Signs and Lighting Regulations outlined in Article vl of the Zoning Bylaw. This letter serves as certification on behalf of the engineer that the new lighting provided meets zoning requirements. ,Special condition #105 Per this condition, a letter must be provided from a certified engineer that the associated retaining walls have been constructed in accordance with the plans approved by the Planning Board. This letter serves as confirmation that the retaining walls have been constructed in accordance with the plans issued. Special condition #106 Per this condition, all stormwater structures must be cleaned in accordance with the approved Post Construction operation and Maintenance Plan (O&M). Evidence of said cleaning must be submitted to the Planning Department. Stormwater Compliance, LLC inspected stormwater management features on Lot B for structural condition, proper function, pollution accumulation, and good housekeeping practices. The company's report for their visit on August 1, 2023, confirms that the structures have been cleaned with only minor routine maintenance needed. The report has been included as Attachment C for your records. Special Condition #1 oS Per this condition, all signage shall conform to North Andover Zoning bylaws signage regulations unless granted relief or variance from the Town. The signage installed on site conforms to the North Andover Zoning Bylaw and/or the Sign Master Plan Special Permit issued by the Planning Board April 26, 2022. Installation of the four (4) monument signs on Osgood Street approved as part of the Sign Master Plan Special Permit has been completed. In accordance with the Sign Master Plan Special Permit issued for 1450 Osgood Street, permit special conditions #22 and #24 have been met. ,Special Condition #22 Per this condition, Applicant must submit a letter from the architect, engineer, or sign company for the Sight Project stating that the installation of signs substantially comply with the Plans and are functioning as designed. This letter serves as certification on behalf of the engineer that the signs have been installed in substantial compliance with the Plans and are functioning as designed.
