AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN OF NORTH ANDOVER
THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into thisQ ay of June, 2026, by and between OverDrive,
Inc., a corporation located at One Overdrive Way, Cleveland, Ohio 44125, hereinafter called
"VENDOR", and the and the Town of North Andover, ("Town") a municipal corporation duly
established by law and located at 120 Main Street, North Andover, Essex County,Commonwealth
of Massachusetts.
The above parties agree that the procurement of library books and media by the Town from
VENDOR will be governed exclusively by the "MHEC CONTRACT MC15-1_51"and it is incorporated
by reference into this Agreement, along with its terms and conditions. Massachusetts Higher
Education Consortium's contract and Terms & Conditions shall take precedence over all other
language.
This Agreement will commence upon execution and expire on September 30, 2028. Multi-year
Agreements are subject to annual appropriation. Total payments under this contract will not
exceed N/A.
Signatory for the Vendor certifies that they are duly authorized to execute this Agreement on
behalf of the Vendor, and that affix its corporate seal hereto making this Agreement and all of its
terms valid and binding on the Vendor.
