Notice is hereby given that the
North Andover Zoning Board of Ap-
peals will hold a public hearing at
the North Andover Town Hall at 120
Main Street, North Andover, MA on
Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 7:30 p.m.
to all parties interested in the peti-
tion of Kevin and Carole Loughran
for property at 427 Summer Street
(Map 0107.A, Parcels 0082), North
Andover, MA 01845 in the R-2 Zon-
ing District.
The Applicant is requesting a Vari-
ance pursuant to Town of North
Andover Zoning Bylaws Section
195-3.3, Section S,Table 2 (Dimen-
sional Requirements) for one side
setback in the R-2 Zoning District for
the purposes of constructing a 10' x
14' shed specifically,Applicant has
requested a side setback needing
a relief variance of 20 feet (the side
setback proposed is 10 feet and the
side setback required per Table 2 is
30.0 feet).
