II. Review Minutes - Pushed to next meeting
III. Review Updated Survey results
A. Reviewed another 80+ responses
B. Comments and cross sections were favorable.
IV. Review Capital Requirements from John and Brian
A. Capital numbers are compiled
V. Review status of business case
A. CAM to start drawing up a narrative business case
VI. Plan for Ascertainment Hearing
A. The committee has had no contact with Huig since shortly after awarding the
retainer to him.
B. Public hearing needs 2 weeks prior to legally post the hearing.
C. Committee agreed that there has not been enough attention put to the public
hearing to pull it off for the May 25th date and thought late October would be better
and is also in line with what was on Huig's timeline.
