• Call to Order
— Renee Procopio-Melino call meeting to order at 6:40PM, seconded by Liz Costerisan.
• Attendance

• Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes from December 9, 2025
Renee Procopio-Melino motion to approve meeting minutes from December 9, 2025, Judy
Nigrelli seconded; unanimously agreed.
• Review of Planned 2026 Events
Committee reviewed letter to the North Andover Selectboard requesting approval for the following
events on the North Andover Common in 2026:
Sheep Shearing: Sunday, May 17, 2026
Actively recruiting vendors—current count is 74 vendors
- Next meeting to discuss sourcing picnic tables
4t" of July Fireworks: Thursday, July 2, 2026
- Will expand to invite food trucks: $50
Number of food trucks and locations (e.g., NAHS, Kittredge)to be discussed at a later date
Reading of the Declaration of Independence: Saturday, July 4, 2026

Summer Fitness Series
Liz Costerisan motioned for a vote on continuing the Summer Fitness Series in 2026:
Committee unanimously voted against continuing to host the Summer Fitness Series in
2026
Liz will reach out to the Youth Center to see if they may be interested in taking series over
North Andover Santa Parade: Saturday, November 28, 2026
Sensory Friendly Designated Area: Middle School driveway to Park Way
Christmas Tree Lighting: Sunday, November 29, 2026
Timing for tree lighting event will be 3:30—5:30PM
Feedback from 2025 was how dark the Common was after 5PM, thus shifting timing of the
event up by 30 minutes.
Chanukah: December 2, 2026— December 14, 2026
Menorah to be displayed on the town common through these dates
Community Chanukah celebration to take place on Sunday, December 13, 2026
• Setting of Next Meeting Date
— Next three meeting dates scheduled for the following dates and times, to be held at the
North Andover Senior Center:
• Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 6:30 PM
• Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 6:30 PM
• Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 6:30PM
• Adjournment
• Liz Costerisan motion to adjourn, seconded by Renee Procopio-Melino, unanimously in
favor. Meeting adjourned at 7:35PM
