• Call to Order
- Renee Procopio-Melino call meeting to order at 6:34PM, seconded by Liz Costerisan.
• Attendance
- Completed by Renee Procopio-Melino.
• Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes from November 18, 2025
- Renee Procopio-Melino motion to approve meeting minutes from November 18, 2025, Liz
Costerisan seconded; unanimously agreed.
• Post-Event Discussion and Feedback
Santa Parade
- Recommendation for sensory friendly location from community: can determine location for
2026 parade and communicate to community
- Suggested donation for parade participation
- 1 bag pipe recommended for 2026
- More local talent
- Street sweeper requested for post-parade cleanup
- Participant Form: Limit number of characters for business description to help make
concise for announcers
- Participant Form: Confirmation email preferred when they submit their form, rather than
confirmation landing page post-submission
- Blocking driveways at the end of Sutton (Daeva); cars pulling out of that driveway while
parade is still happening - safety risk
- Send participant lineup email day after submission deadline

Christmas Tree Lighting
- Move it earlier time because very dark or add more lights
- Next year move Trombley's closer to tree or in better spot
- Ron Carpentino was fantastic
- Whoopie Wagon said they did well
- Will explore different hot chocolate vendor
- Explore other music groups (local)
- Loop CAM in for a walkthrough
- Project movie next year?
• Next Event: Crafts and Cocoa with Santa
- Helpers arrive between 12:30-1 PM arrival
• 15 high school volunteers
- Total Sales: 68 adult tickets, 53 kids
- Sunroom: Craft stations
• Ornament, stocking coloring, snowman slime, reindeer food, snowman
keychains
- Facepainter, hair braiding (for cost)
- Check-in table at front entrance; will have list of paid tickets
- Sensory friendly games will be in separate room
• Other Discussion Item(s)
- Menorah Lighting
• Liz confirming menorah setup with DPW
• Renee and Liz to work through schedule for lighting and sequence
• Community celebration will be at Stevens Center(historical society)on
December 21 St
• Setting of Next Meeting Date
- The Festival Committee will be on winter recess until February 10, 2025.

favor. Meeting adjourned at 8:03PM
