AGREEMENT WITH THE NORTH ANDOVER PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT
THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 11th day of June, 2026, by and between Kitchen
and Floor Decor,Inc.a corporation located at 19 Fortune Drive,Billerica,Massachusetts,01821,
hereinafter called"VENDOR",and the and the North Andover PubllcSchool District,('TOWN")
a municipal corporation duly established by law and located at 566 Main Street, North Andover,
Essex County, Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The above parties agree that the procurement of flooring materials and installation for the Sargent
Elementary School by the Town from VENDOR will be governed exclusively by the
"COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS—STANDARD CONTRACT FORM"and it is incorporated
by reference into this Agreement,along with its terms and conditions and all terms contained in
State Contract MR0001. The Commonwealth's contract and Terms & Conditions shall take
precedence over all other language.
This Agreement will commence upon execution and expire on August 15,2026.The not to exceed
figure for this Agreement is Thirty-one Thousand eight hundred thirty three and 47/100
($31,833.47) Dollars.
Signatory for the Vendor certifies that they are duly authorized to execute this Agreement on
behalf of the Vendor,and that affix its corporate seal hereto making this Agreement and all of its
terms valid and binding on the Vendor.
