Arnaurls Ovalles of Metro General.Contractors, 526 Essex Street Unit 204, Lawrence, appeared
for a certificate to altar at 54 Elm Street, owned by Stephanie Viera.
He sought retroactive approval of an exterior door which was approved previously as part of
porch enclosure.
The petition was to snitch the door to the left side.
A. Ovalles said the architect did not take into consideration that it was on the wrong unit.
