Jean/Amy,
have sent out copies to Amy's attention. There is an extra one for Jean.
IN summary the proposed changes from the permit set to current include:
1. Moved front parking area approx. 20 feet(toward Beechwood Drive )and relocate 2 spaces from to the east side
of the drive isle;
2. 10 ft Paved addition for access to one unit at the south side of the site
3.Added 3 mechanical pads at the south side of the building
4. Changed swing gate to sliding gate at the north east corner of the building
5. Shortened up the foundation drain/moved outlet apron approx. 10 ft back from the wetlands.
6. Roof drainage trunkline
7. Minor grading of low point at CB 3 based on parking update;
8. Location of water and natgas services;
9. Eastern drive radius return has been slightly increased for improved maneuvering;
