Paul,
Would you please review the zoning table on page C-4 of the attached. They applied for a reduction of parking special
permit, but it doesn't appear they need one. They provide 8 before the gate and then 18 tenant spaces at the bay doors
for a total of 26. They show they require 23.
If they don't need it I would rather they request a withdrawal without prejudice for the application.
