Hi Jean... The applicant's engineer has been in touch with me and I expect they will be submitting their NOI soon.
know they are looking to see when the wetland Regulations instituted the Buffer Zone as a resource area, and I am
researching the history of our Regs amendments to get that timeline.
It appears that they are respecting the 25'and 50'zones. We'd want to piggyback with the Planning Board on
Stormwater peer review.
don't have any other substantive comments right now, but if anything comes out of our hearings, I will let you know.
