520 Great Pond Road,North Andover Country Club: Request for continuance until August 11,2026.
Application for a Watershed Protection District Special Permit Article 4 Part 5 Watershed Protection District and
195-10.7 of the zoning bylaws to authorize tree removal within high water limits of Lake Cochichewick and parking
lot reclamation within Non-Disturbance Zone and the Non-Discharge Zone of the Watershed Protection District.
The property is located in the Residential 1 zoning district.
