6:11 pm Motion to open meeting, T. True, 1 st; B. Zelitch, 2nd; unanimous
Amauris Ovalles of Metro General Contractors, 526 Essex Street Unit 204, Lawrence, appeared
for a certificate to alter at 54 Elm Street, owned by Stephanie Viera.
He sought retroactive approval of an exterior door which was approved previously as part of a
porch enclosure.
The petition was to switch the door to the left side.
A. Ovalles said the architect did not take into consideration that it was on the wrong unit.
