Pursuant to section. . -.2 of theNorth Andov r Wetlands Protection Regulations, Rya True of Turner
Carpentry, filed for a Beall Project Permit t application on behalf of the homeowner, Owen ren Shawn
Sobelrn.en,under"Category"B" &"F"', for work proposed at 12,E Blue Ridge Road,North Andover. The
work involves
Permitting for a proposed deck replacement at the rear of the house Category "B":
• 16x15 deck to be replaced in kind
• New diamond pier footings will be used to reduce ground disturbance
• Existing stairs will be removed and new stairs will be on the opposite side of the deck to
land on the new patio
• Deck is greater than 80 feet from the wetland.
After-the-fact perinitth-g for a small patina installed at the rear of the house Category "T".:
o At 192 s f. in size, the patio is 84 feet from the BVW at its closest point
During the July 8, 2026 the North Andover. Conservation Commission (NACC) found this project to
qualify as a Beall Project Permit and voted unanimously to approv this project s proposed under
Ca egos es "B"& "F"for replacement of existing deck,regardless of size outside the 50' NBZ and
construction of patios less than 300 s.f. outside the 5 'NBZ, subject to compliance with the
conditions listed below. The project is approved only as it relates to the Conservation Cornn—fission and.
any and all other approvals should be obtained by the applicant,/h.olneowner.
All work shall conform to the following:

• Application Checklist with supporting narrative and attachments,

• Deck Replacement & Patio Installation Aerial with wetland
measurements
The followin conditions are hereby mandated..
CONDITIONS:
1 Prior to construction, erosion controls in the form of " straw wattle shall be installed and staled
according to the instruction ofConservation staff'
2. A pre-construction site inspection shall be scheduled with the Conservation Department and the
contractor to review erosion control installation and project scope.
