At the July 7,2026 Planning Board meeting the Petitioner: Marble Ridge Farm LLC(d/b/a Marble
Ridge winery), 11 Marbleridge Road, North Andover, MA. 0I845, through his attorney William
Diadamo, requested to withdraw without prejudice his application for Limited Site Plan Review
Modification. The application was filed on June 4, 2026 and the public hearing opened on July 7,
2026,
Upon a Motion by Denevan O'Connell to accept the request for withdrawal without prejudice and
a second by John Simons the Board Voted unanimously in favor of the withdrawal without prejudice
(5-0). Roll Call Vote: J. Simons yes, P. Boynton yes, S. Kevlahan yes,D. O'Connell yes.
