Jean.... The applicant's plans are exceedingly difficult to read and interpret. Both are at different scales and the new
plan is faded, failing to show the existing structures clearly.
reviewed the 2025 aerial photo and it appears that the new parking area labeled "35 Parking Spaces" overlaps with an
entire section of the planted vineyard. His narrative states that 53 grape plants were relocated to accommodate this
parking plan and provide screening.
It would be really helpful and greatly appreciated if the applicant could use a clear up-to-date aerial photo as the base
map, and then overlay the parking plan and illustrate the new configuration of the grape plants.
While it appears that the new parking is outside the 200' Riverfront Area, I'd like confirmation that the relocated grape
plants are also outside Conservation jurisdiction.
