Amy, as always, it was a pleasure to see you today.
Jean, we're looking to purchase a Tuff Shed from Home Depot and have it delivered to our
site. We'll remove the old structure via a construction dumpster positioned in the tennis
parking lot, level and gravel the ground for the new shed, which will be placed on cinder
blocks.
Our old shed was 8 x 10, and the new shed is 10 x 12, which will allow us to park our new
clay court roller inside out of the elements. We will also need to run AC to the shed as the
new roller is electric, and needs to be hooked up to a charger, instead of gas powered like our
old roller. We will have an electrician do this work.
I've attached the shed building plans from Tuff Shed. I've also attached a picture of the roller
to be stored.

Hi Jean... I visited the Country Club today and took a measurement for the existing shed by the tennis courts. The
existing shed is 122'from the bank of the Lake (no BVW in this area). I think Boyd mentioned that the new shed might be
a little smaller than he originally quoted and he'd get you the specifications.
