Jean, we received the NOI for this project and will be having the first hearing on February 25th. I cautioned Dennis that I have no way of verifying the wetland line
with all the snow cover and it will be important since they are requesting a waiver from the 25' NDZ. I don't know how open the Commission will be to granting a
waiver, so we will have to see how it goes.
