Good Morning Tim,
The Planning Board is scheduled to review an ANR Plan for 485 Wood Lane which would create a separate lot at the end
of Great Oak Lane. I understand that the town plows the lower end of Great Oak Lane, but does the town also provide
fresh gravel on that portion of the roadway? I'm trying to figure out if there is access to the portion of the 485 Wood Land
lot that the Applicant wants to subdivide.
