Thee comments from the TRC meeting are accurate with the exception of the hydrants} the fire department e t would benefit
with the addition of 3 hydrants in the front of the buildings*
Fire Department
Cht 34 review donne by a design professional will be required. Prior to construction a I IFPA 241
Plan (site safety plan)will need to be provided. The Swept Path should snow trucks going through
parking lot and across the front of the building. During construction, any impalement of the fire
alarm/sprinkler system should be communicated to NAFD ahead of time.Would like key bones on
both sides of the building. Only I fire hydrant on the far left side of the plaza exists. If possible,would like this
one to be tapped off of to provide a second hydrant in front of the building. BDA needs to be tested
for. Each unit should have its own address number and corresponds with the fire alarm panel for the unit it is in. As
tenants change the panel number has to be updated.
