The only comments I have is in regard to the noise from idling trucks and dumpsters being emptied behind the building
before 7:00am. Trucks have been caught idling for longer than 5 minutes which is in violation of US EPA regulations at
extremely early hours and dumpsters/compactors being emptied before 7:00am which is in violation of Board of Health
regulations. Is there a way to restrict access to the rear of the building overnight or when the businesses are closed?
