This will r uire a Notice f Intent t with the Conservation Commission.
Are alternativesanalysis will be required to establish the need for siting the paved parking within the 50-Footit
Build Zone.
The subsurface infiltration system may be better located under the new paved parking ,area as, its proposed
location is at the very limit of the 25' NDZ.

Based on nay previous observations of the site, there ison-going erosion of the slope at the southeast corner of
the site and this will read t a addressed in some manner(preferably soft options erg harp .
