The work is outside of Conservation Commission jurisdiction so there are no regulatory requirements. That aside,
extensive tree removal will result in increased runoff and the potential for erosion.An increase in lawn area will also result
in higher maintenance of the area including the use of lawn care chemicals (despite the deed restriction this remains
common and very difficult to police). The proposed planting plan contains a mix of native and non-native vegetation. Has
the wetland been flagged? Do you want me to review?
