Please accept this letter as a request, for withdrawal of the #30 Ironwood Road Watershed Permit
,Application submitted by Hayes Engineering, Inc. on John Giuinee's behalf, 'The reason. for this
withdrawal request is that our client has decided to reduce the scope of his project (currently
involving, construction of new patio, drainage, landscape, and driveway extension features) t
consist, only of rebuilding ildin the existing patio and repaving the existing layout of the driveway. With the
elimination n new drainage and grading word regulated under, Zoning Bylaw Watershed Protection
District provisions at sections . 3 3. ,b.1 and . 36 3. .ii , the modified project would n
longer require a Special Permit.
