Hi Jean... we just received the NOI for this and will open it at the June 9th meeting.
It appears that the project respects the 50' NBZ to the wetland. The stream was subject to a DEP appeal a few years
back and it was determined to be intermittent, so no Riverfront here. I will keep you posted on the Commission's review.
Please keep me in the loop for the stormwater review. Thanks —Amy
