Please forgive my absence from this meeting as l am sale caretaker of my 91 year old mother.
My only concern regarding the construction at 364 Johnson is the potential flooding as l discussed
with Mr. Buitkus. lily residence at 429 Abbott, directly behind 364 Johnson .fit, has never flooded
beyond the driveway in 40 years. There have been storms over the last couple f'years that
caused the stones in the uitl us' car park on Abbott street to flood down, into my driveway.
Therefore, my only concern regarding this, construction is potential f'l + ding as ground growth has
been removed and extending of'the house towards the wetlands could force water into nay property
and home. If the engineers have addressed this potential flooding issue fully, and it seems they
have, then I have no further concerns and wish them well with this addition. I just wanted to go on
record as never having a flooding issue in the past.
