Thank you for providing the Initial Slormwafer Peer Review report dated July 7, 2025, Prepared
by J'anet Carter Bernardo, P.E. of t'l H sley Witten Group, Inc. ("Town's Consultant"). We

accompanies our enhanced submission ma a,I is for,the Watershed SpecialrAppli,cation

Based on the Towns, Consultant's `eedback, we have made adjustments the plans, and our
design,,to meet the n's requirements for approval within the Watershed Protecti,onis is .

original submitted plan. Note however several of the decal is included on, the revised plan
are of insufficient size to be easily understood. As a result,, see Sheet 2.

Summary of Design Enhancements-,
In response to the peer review, the applicant has developed comprehensive erosi.on and sediment
control measures including strategically placed s1Jt socks, construction matting,, newly designed
earthen berms for clean stor water diversion around the work zone, along, with,,the defiined.
construction access points ,with designated stockpile locations. The storin.water management
system designhas been enhanced with,detailed elevations throughout, clearly, defined drainage
connections fron-t, roof and, surf"ace runoff,, and, comprehensive grading plans. The Shea Mini
Drywell has been fully detailed as an, "integral system component providing Water distri,I oration
and,pretreatment with concrete bottom and accessible manhole cover for long-term inter once.
Importantly, we have removed the future 1900 square fort paved area from our proposal and
confirm that any future paving would be located outside the,Jurisdictional area,of the Watershed,
Protection District. We have al,so included a comprehensive Operation,and Maintenance Plan
with insp,ection and maintenance log for use by the homeowner.
We believe this, enhanced submisslon fully addresses all peer review comments and,demonstrates

ofthe Zoning Bylaws. The proposed storn-mater management system incorporates best

manage ment practices for erosion, siltation, and stormwater control to preserve groundwater
purity,, maintain the groundwater table, and p rotect the filtration.and purification, functi,ons of the
land.
